Changing your mind should stay simple.
For eligible distance purchases, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw.
After notifying us, the product must be returned within the legal period, complete and suitably protected. You may handle it as necessary to assess its nature and operation; excessive handling may reduce the refund.
If the product is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us before returning it so we can provide the correct procedure. Your statutory conformity rights remain applicable.
Unless the item is defective or non-conforming, direct return shipping costs for withdrawal are paid by the customer.
