Miranaut contractual and regulatory information, presented clearly and in a structured format.
Miranaut wants published reviews to genuinely help visitors form an opinion about the products offered.
Review origin
When a review is marked “Verified purchase”, WooCommerce can link it to an order containing the product. Reviews without that label are not presented as necessarily coming from a verified buyer.
Moderation
Reviews may be moderated to remove spam, illegal or abusive content, clearly fraudulent material, off-topic content or third-party personal data. A review is not rejected simply because it is negative.
Review edits
Miranaut does not alter the meaning of customer reviews. Purely technical corrections or changes requested by the author must not change the opinion expressed.
Incentives
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no payment or benefit is provided in exchange for submitting a review.
Ranking and display
Reviews are displayed according to active WooCommerce settings, including publication date and moderation status. The displayed average rating is calculated from reviews stored for the product.
Report a review
To report a review you believe is fraudulent or inappropriate, contact Miranaut and identify the product and review concerned.
